Welcome to Tucson Community Acupuncture!
Our mission is to provide affordable, high quality acupuncture to the Tucson community. We do this by offering individualized treatments in a quiet, open setting and asking you to decide what you can afford on a sliding scale ($15-35). We want you to come often enough to really be able to get better and stay better, and the sliding scale is our way of helping you make that commitment. There is an additional $10 paperwork fee for your first appointment.

Free Week: July 6-11
TCA will be having a free acupuncture week for first-time visitors to the clinic during the week of July 6-11. This a great opportunity to try acupuncture for the first time or, for you acu-veterans, to experience community acupuncture and see what we are all about. Appointments are required. You can book online or call 881-1887.
2-for-1 Mornings (and Saturdays!)
After expanding our hours last month we have room for plenty of new patients—therefore we'd love you to bring a new friend to the clinic! To make this easy for you we are bringing back the 2-for-1 special through the end of the month. Beat the heat by bringing a friend for free any weekday morning (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 10 am-2 pm) or anytime on Saturday (9 am-4 pm).
To take advantage of this promotion, please indicate that you want the 2-for-1 Special when you call for an appointment or book online. Both of you will come together during a 20-minute block and can then rest during your treatment for as long as you like. Pay only one fee on our regular sliding scale ($15-35) for the two of you!

TCA is excited to be selling the new book Acupuncture Is Like Noodles as part of a fundraiser to bring affordable acupuncture to more people. This book explains not only how acupuncture works, but how community acupuncture clinics work. Written by the founders of Working Class Acupuncture in Portland, Acupuncture Is Like Noodles is a book for patients, acupuncture students and prospective acupuncture students, licensed acupuncturists, other medical providers, and anyone else who is curious about the “calmest Revolution ever staged.”
A portion of each book sale goes to the Community Acupuncture Network. Funds will be used to help start more community acupuncture clinics around the country.
TCA featured on Arizona Illustrated
Pam White and the crew from Arizona Illustrated—the local PBS news magazine—came to TCA in January to film a story about community acupuncture in Tucson. We are thrilled that more people in our community will get the opportunity to learn about affordable treatment options and the power that acupuncture can have for healing. The segment aired Thursday, February 19, but if you missed it you can watch it online from the Arizona Illustrated website.
Our One-Year Anniversary!
We are delighted with how much we have grown since we first opened our doors on June 17, 2008. We've given more than 5,000 treatments and met so many wonderful folks. Thank you to all of our patients, supporters, and helpers. We are gearing up for more expansion in the coming year, which will include taking over the suite next door and creating more treatment space.
